Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) Service

Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) Service This is a new Internet banking service where payers can receive e-bill summary and make payment through their own Internet banking accounts.

Notes : (1) With effect from 1 September 2015, payers can register and receive e-bill summary for Demand for Rates and/or Government Rent and Water Bill through EBPP. Payers can simply view the e-bill summary through his/her Internet banking accounts and make corresponding payments. General Demand Notes can also be settled through EBPP with effect from 1 December 2016.
  (2) The EBPP will keep the e-bill summary and payment history for a period of time as advised by your bank. With these convenient one-stop services, payers will have no hassle in managing and paying bills in the future.
  (3) Instruction for payment given before midnight on the due date will be regarded as on time.
  (4) Individual participating banks may accept different bills for EBPP and have different registration and payment procedures and daily transaction limits.
