Internet Payment This is a 24-hour bill payment service where payers may settle their government bills using a PC at home, in the office or other places with an internet connection.

Note : Internet payment service for Fixed Penalty (Public Cleanliness Offence) is only available at the internet banking service provided by the following asterisked (*) banks.

Important Notes for Internet Payment

* Payers have to register with the respective banks or service provider before they can use the internet bill payment services.
* Payments made before mid-night on the due date via the internet by direct debit to a bank account will be regarded as payments on time.
* A number of banks also offer to their customers the internet "Bank Bill Payment" service which allows the payment of government bills and other specified bills by credit card. In such cases, payers are required by their banks to observe the terms and conditions of the "Bank Bill Payment" service which may vary from bank to bank, particularly regarding the cut-off time and service charges, if any, set by each bank.
