ATM

This is a 24-hour service where ATM cardholders of HSBC/Hang Seng Bank and JETCO member banks can make payments at the machines which bear "BILL PAYMENT" or "JET PAYMENT" signage. Now you can also pay Government bills via internet banking. Please go to "Internet Payment" for details.

Please note that ATM payment service for Fixed Penalty (Public Cleanliness Offence) is only available at the ATM of HSBC / Hang Seng Bank.

Important Notes for Payments via ATM

	Payment slip will be ejected for the cardholder's retention after the completion of payment process.
	Instruction for payment vide "ATM" up to the mid-night on the due date will be regarded as payment made on time.

Payment Steps

via ATM

1. Insert card into the ATM.
2. Enter customer Personal Identification Number (PIN).
3. Press "Bill Payment" button.
4. Select Merchant.
5. Key in "Bill / Account Number" and "Payment Amount".
6. Take payment advice with payment details printed for future reference.
7. Transaction completed.
